Terms & Conditions

All authors (corresponding author and/ or co-authors) should be in full compliance with ethical and legal requirements outlined in these submission terms and conditions:
a) Authors are required to indicate their consent to the submission terms and conditions in the "Letter to the Editor" and by accepting these when they submit manuscript via online submission form or email.
The consents are permanently recorded by the publisher.
b) Authors are responsible for ensuring that they fully understand and comply with the terms and conditions. Failure to read or understand them cannot excuse non-compliance.
c) Where an author is unable to comply with any provision the publisher should be informed in "Letter to the Editor".
d) The manuscript is not under consideration for publication in another journal nor has it been published in another journal. Author(s) understand that by submitting his (their) manuscript to IJMESS, He (they) is/are granting IJMESS the licence to publish his (their) article.
e) Authors are encouraged to pay an author share of publication upon acceptance of their work. Note that your manuscript acceptance is not dependent on author share of publication but on the successfully passing our publication selection and quality criteria.
f) Author share of publication waivers will only be granted if the genuine reasons (e.g., author belongs to a developing country, extraordinary standard of manuscript, author has published his work in top ranked journals) are indicated in "Letter to the Editor".
g) Author share of publication reimbursements or refunds in full or part are given at the sole discretion of the publisher. Generally, refunds will not be entertained after publication of your article.
h) Every extra page (see "Instructions for the Authors") will be charged an additional USD 30 per page.
i) Authors will be charged USD 200-400 (depending upon the length of manuscript) for language editing, if English language editing is necessary or they can contact our language editing partner Charlesworth Group, UK.
j) IJMESS reserves the right to decline to commence or to continue processing your work at any time at its sole discretion.
k) The copyrights of your work rest with the author(s); if you already got copyrights from your country's copyright office then mention it clearly in "Letter to the Editor".
l) The authors agree to fully indemnify IJMESS against any liability whatsoever in connection to AUTHORS' actions, inactions, errors, omissions, copyright/ patent citation/ permission violations or any other issue. (Journal cannot be held responsible for Author(s) actions).
m) Individuals or organisations that have made substantial contributions to the manuscript (e.g. data collection, analysis, writing or editing assistance) must be named with their specific contributions in an "Acknowledgment" section.
n) The authors understand that IJMESS being an online journal operates globally without any geographic boundary restrictions.
o) The correspondence between IJMESS and author(s) is confidential and would not be shared with any third party by author(s), until required by the law.
p) Withdrawal of manuscript from the jourrnal after final acceptance of manuscript is an unethical practice and wastes all efforts made by the journal to raise the article quality up to acceptable standards. Authors should avoid the practice of using desk review, peer review, and mentor services to improve the reporting and technical quality of their articles and sumbitting the article to another journal after significantly improving their article.
q) Papers are published and may be removed at the discretion of the Editor(s) or publisher.
r) Where the corresponding author has consented to these terms and conditions the co-authors, if any, agree without reservation to the corresponding author consenting upon their behalf. Your co-authors (if any) have authorized you to submit the Work.

w)You understand that the Author Loyalty Concession is only available for your manuscript unless the genuine reasons are indicated in "Letter to the Editor" at the time of submission of your manuscript.
x) To avail the concessions you have to comply with all of these terms and conditions otherwise concessions will not be available under any circumstances.
If you are found to have been in breach of any of these terms and conditions the Publisher may remove your paper from its website and from third party websites such as INSPEC, EBSCO Information Services, Engineering Village, Indexcopernicus, ECONSTOR at its sole discretion or in consultation with the Editor or publish an expression of concern.
